60/40 new agents (first three transactions or sides)

70/30 = $1M sales in 12 month period & greater than six sides for new agents

80/20 = sales $1.5M to $3M in 12 month period

90/10 = sales $3M to $5M in 12 month period (or in qualified recruiting agreement)

95/5 = sales greater than $5M in 12 month period (or in qualified management agreement)
